Mexican weekend - Tortilla 2 ways

During our weekend grocery shopping, we saw some very fresh tortillas freshly made by the store. Since we haven't decided what's for dinner, why not go for a Mexican dinner? To start off, I made guacamole (recipe from C):

It is surprisingly easy to make and the ingredients are easy to find.

Ingredients:

1 big avocado - peeled, pitted, and mashed

1/3 lime, juiced pinch of seasalt

1/3 onion, diced

1 roma (plum) tomatoes, diced

1-2 slides garlic, minced

Directions:

In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, and salt. Mix in onion, tomatoes, and garlic. Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.

I made tortilla chips as well. Cut the tortillas into 8 pieces. Put on a baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and then sprinkle some salt. Bake for 10 mins at 350 degrees.

Next, supposed to be fajitas. But it was getting late, so I just made a simple tuna wrap:

This is our dinner on Sat:
