There was a side story for preparing the cake decoration class... It asked us to bring 6 flat cookies to class. Without much idea of what to bring, I found this lemon cookies for Martha Stewart cookies of the day web site:

Following the recipe, it says put in the fridge for 2 hours. Since time was tight, I put it in the freezer. I saw on the TV sometimes that ppl put in the freezer as well, so I thought it would work. But I totally forgot about it till it was in the freezer for more than 2 hours! Don't know what happened, even I put back in the fridge for many more hours, it is still hard as a rock. Eventually, I have to buy some oatmeal cookies for class. I think I like my oatmeal cookies much better. :)
What did I do with the "hard rock cookie dough"? Instead of rolling it out and use a cookie cutter, I just slice it. :P It works out pretty well in the end. But next time, I need to find another recipe if I need to do the same thing!
