Carrot cake

I'm always a fan of carrot cake, maybe because i like the cinnamon and clove flavor. Yes, for the same reason, I like ginger bread cookies as well! With the final class of the course coming, we have to prepare a cake. I've been doing research on the recipe and the cake design. And I found this recipe from Ricardo:

Actually I've used this before. But I did a "test" yesterday, make sure the height of the cake will come out the way I wanted it. The test is done. Now I'm making the flowers. After piping 30+ flowers, I started to get a hang of it and started to know how to make a better version of it. Practice makes perfect!
