Before Rachael Ray has her own TV show, I watched her quite often on Food Network. I borrowed her Look and Cook book from the library. I tried her super scampi recipe last weekend, and it was delicious! Can't wait to try out other recipes in the book.
Another book I just finished is Inking from Carol Heppner. The reason I read this book is because I saw one of the card challenges uses inking, and I was wondering what are the techniques. I think if I follow the instructions from the book, I'll probably make my cards prettier, but I really don't wanna pick up another hobby, cuz i think inking could be a hobby on its own!!
