After more than a year, I finally had a chance to play badminton last night!! It is so much fun while having some exercises. I was glad that I don't have sore arms or legs when I woke up this morning. :-)
Anyways.. I was following the yoga practices from the DVD "Yoga Burns" from Rodney Yee that I mentioned earlier. Of course, I don't have the strength to follow through the whole DVD nor I don't have that long uninterrupted time to do so. But it's a very good practice session... very calm but challenging myself to build up some muscle strength and flexibility that I've lost quite a bit for the last 10 months or so.
I think I deserve a "vacation" today for not doing any exercise. :D
