It's the first time I use the spring form pan my hubby bought it for me. It looks a bit flat, cuz I only used 1/3 of the ingredient portion from the recipe. I guess I can make a bigger one to serve more people. :)
Anyway, it's a cheesecake with strawberry coulis. I had a similar one at a restaurant and curious about what does "coulis" mean. It actually means a thick sauce. At first, I was thinking of puree it, but the one i had in the restaurant didn't puree it either and it looks pretty good. :)
