Mushrooms dinner

It's always fun to cook as a leisure. And I had a chance to do that last night. We had:
1) Quiche with button mushrooms and baby spinach
2) Stuff portobello mushrooms with sausage meat


My dinner plate looks like this:


Still have room to improve though, cuz the quiche is a bit watery and the sausage meat on top of the Portobello is a bit dry.
