Squeezing some time from a busy schedule

After I had a productive week last week, it seems like I needed a break and got lazy this week. My learning or exercise routine has been disrupted by either some other stuff (such as chores or organizing photos) to do or an afternoon nap. I always think it gotta be ways to squeeze in some time to do the things you want to do, we just need to better use of our time and make the important thing a priority. Here are a few tips I'd like to share:

1. "Skip the trash"
I learned this from Jim Rohn, the author of "The Art of Exceptional Living" (apparently, I keep listening and listening to this audiobook without getting bored!). In my own terms, that is skip watching TV programs and reading news that do not mean much to you.

2. "List out the to-do"
I keep a long list of to-dos. But what I find the most effective is to write down the to-do of the day when you start your day. In that case, you'll get more things done and at the same time you feel more satisfied to see the accomplishments.

3. "Aggregate the work"
Instead of washing dishes or bottles (for example) every time you finish using, aggregate them till there's enough chuck to deal with.

Having said that, writing them down it one thing, and actually executing it is another time. :)
