Book: Baby and Toddler Meals for dummies - done

I'm done with this 17-chapter book. The book mainly has 2 parts. The first part is how and what to introduce solid foods to your kid at different stages. I find this is more informational to me, because this is the exact information I'm looking. One good thing is that it has the same viewpoints as my pediatrician, even though people tend to have different but all seem to make sense opinions on these food-related or nutrition-related topics. The second part is recipes. Recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. I guess I'm not to that point yet, now that I'm only giving carrot purees to baby R, besides the grains.

In general, this book is a good read, and will be a good reference in the future.

Off to another book!
