Lemon cheesecake

A long weekend with good weather is supposed to be perfect for outdoor activities. However, I'm still recovering from sun burn. So I'm sort of stuck at home most of the time, doing some clean up.

I also made a lemon cheesecake. It's the first time I try this recipe and it has sour cream in it. It turns out to be quite good, cuz it's not as thick as just using cream cheese. I forgot where I got this recipe, but here it is:

crust:
1/2 cup graham wafer crumbs
2 tbsp butter

filling
250g cream cheese
1/2cup sugar
1 tsp all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/2cup sour cream
vanilla extract
lemon zest and juice from a lemon

For the filling, beat cream cheese with sugar first, and then add the rest of the ingredients. Bake 350F for 45 minutes. Wait for it to cool down before putting into the fridge.
